- Subject to availability, tickets for Twilight Tours can be booked at the price listed on the bookings page.
- One (1) ticket permits the ticket holder to the following:
- Entry to Studio Tour;
- 20-minute drink reception in the Great Hall with one glass of Champagne per ticket holder or non-alcoholic alternative; and
- Part-guided tour throughout the Hogwarts interior sets before heading into the Forbidden Forest unguided to enjoy the rest of the Studio Tour at own pace.
- Twilight Tours tickets must be purchased in advance of visit, via our website www.wbstudiotour.co.uk, by telephone (+44 (0)800 640 4550) or via approved ticket distributors.
- There are a maximum of 55 tickets available for Twilight Tours on a given day, allowing a maximum 5 places for Carers.
- For bookings purposes, adults and children are treated the same. There is no concession for children.

- Alcohol is only available for those aged eighteen (18) and over.
- Please note that it is WBSL’s policy to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen (18). At any time during the Twilight Tours timeslot, WBSL staff and security shall have the right to ask guests to produce valid proof of age identification. WBSL may refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to any guest who fails to prove that they are eighteen (18) years of age or over and/or who appears to be intoxicated.
- Should you wish to amend your Twilight Tours booking, you must notify us immediately by telephone on +44 (0)800 640 4550 upon which the email confirmation or Tickets shall become void.
