Dinner at the Hogwarts Table – Terms and Conditions

  1. Subject to availability, the Hogwarts Table three-course dinner (“Hogwarts Table”) can be booked as part of the Tour and Dinner Package at the price listed on the bookings page. (www.wbstudiotour.co.uk/dinner-at-the-hogwarts-table/).

  2. One (1) Hogwarts Table ticket permits a Hogwarts Dining serving for one (1) person. Tables can accommodate up to six (6) guests with a Hogwarts Table ticket. 

  3. Hogwarts Table must be purchased in advance at the point of booking a Tour and Dinner Package and can be purchased via our website www.wbstudiotour.co.uk or by telephone (+44 (0)800 640 4550). All menu items are subject to availability. 

  4. Subject to availability, Hogwarts Table seatings are available daily at 18:30 or 19:30 depending on your Tour and Dinner Package ticket entry time. There are a maximum of 24 places for Hogwarts Table available per timeslot. 

  5. For bookings purposes, adults and children are treated the same. There is no concession for children. Please note there is no separate children’s menu.

  7. Alcohol is available for those over the age of eighteen (18). Full drinks menu to be available during dinner and all drinks consumed shall be charged as extra at the end of the meal, save for end of meal tea and coffee which is included in the initial cost of the booking. 

  8. Please note that it is WBSL’s policy to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen (18). At any time during the Hogwarts Table timeslot, WBSL staff and security shall have the right to ask guests to produce valid proof of age identification. WBSL may refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to any guest who fails to prove that they are eighteen (18) years of age or over and/or who appears to be intoxicated. 

  9. Should you wish to amend your Hogwarts Table booking, you must notify us immediately by telephone on +44 (0)800 640 4550 upon which the email confirmation or Tickets shall become void. Please note that Tour and Dinner Package tickets are non-refundable and cannot be amended within forty-eight (48) hours or less prior to your visit date.
