When can I redeem my souvenir gift ticket?
You can redeem your souvenir gift ticket 72 hours after the purchase date. The purchase date can be located on your souvenir gift ticket confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam folder if this has not yet been received, or contact our Visitor Services team with your booking reference number for further assistance.

I have an unredeemed gift ticket that’s due to expire, will this be extended?
Please note, you need to book your tickets by the expiry date but your visit can be after this date.

The date I want to visit does not have any availability. Can I redeem my tickets?
Our website shows live ticket availability and our Visitor Services team does not hold additional tickets. If your preferred date is sold out, we are unable to redeem your tickets.

Can I alter the date of my ticket(s) once redeemed?
Yes, you can alter the date of your ticket(s) for a £10 administration fee. To do this, please contact our contact our Visitor Services team with your booking reference number. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability and must be made before the date of your visit.
Please note, group tickets are non-amendable and non-refundable and are excluded from the above.

How do I redeem multiple gift tickets?
If you have multiple gift tickets with different booking reference numbers and you’re looking to redeem for a single visit please redeem them separately. You will see the number of available tickets on our webstore, alternatively please contact our Visitor Services team.

Can I purchase additional tickets?
At the moment it’s not possible to purchase additional tickets when redeeming your gift ticket(s) online. If you would like to purchase additional tickets, please book online or contact our Visitor Services team.
