Can I alter the date of my ticket(s) once redeemed?
Yes, you can alter the date of your ticket(s) for a £10 administration fee. To do this, please contact our contact our Visitor Services team with your booking reference number. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability and must be made before the date of your visit.
Please note, group tickets are non-amendable and non-refundable and are excluded from the above.

How do I redeem multiple gift tickets?
If you have multiple gift tickets with different booking reference numbers and you’re looking to redeem for a single visit please redeem them separately. You will see the number of available tickets on our webstore, alternatively please contact our Visitor Services team.

Can I purchase additional tickets?
At the moment it’s not possible to purchase additional tickets when redeeming your gift ticket(s) online. If you would like to purchase additional tickets, please book online or contact our Visitor Services team.

Why do I need to pre-book? Can I book tickets at the attraction?
To ensure you have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can visit the Studio Tour at any one time. This means that you will need to book into a time slot ahead of your visit. As spaces are limited, we strongly suggest you reserve tickets early for your preferred date and time.

The date I want to visit does not have any availability. Do you hold back tickets / are we able to purchase tickets on the day?
We do not hold back additional tickets for sale over the phone or on the day. For available dates and time slots, please visit our webstore.

How many people does a family ticket cover?
A family ticket permits entry for two adults and two children, or one adult and three children.

I bought a family ticket for one adult and three children and I would like to change this to two adults and two children. As this is the same price, do I need to change my ticket?
There is no need to change your ticket – simply inform us when you arrive at the Studio Tour.

We haven’t booked a ticket for a young child in our party and need to add one to our booking. What shall I do?
If you’ve forgotten to book a ticket for a member of your party, please contact our Visitor Services team prior to your visit. If your child is aged 4 years and under, we can add this free ticket onto your booking for you. For all visitors aged 5 years or over, we will advise whether this is possible. Please note, all additional tickets are subject to availability.

Why are tickets now available for days that were previously sold out? My tickets say non-refundable – how is this possible?
Occasionally visitors change their plans and pay a £10 administration fee to amend their tickets subject to availability, as per our terms and conditions.

Do I need to print my confirmation email or can I show this to you on my smart phone?
There is no need to print your confirmation email if you would prefer to use your smart phone to show this to us. Please note that if you are travelling by car, you will need your booking confirmation to enter the car park.

What should I do if I have not received my booking confirmation email?
If you have not received your booking confirmation email, please contact our Visitor Services team and they will be able to resend this.

Is there a special rate for school visits?
School rates are available to schools based in the UK on selected dates, subject to availability. For more information please visit our Schools page.

Do you offer refunds?
Our tickets are non-refundable; however we can alter the date of your ticket(s) for a £10 administration fee. To do this, please contact our Visitor Services team with your booking confirmation. Please note that all date changes are subject to availability and must be made before the date of your visit.

Can I purchase gift tickets?
Yes, we do offer gift tickets which make great presents for your family and friends. Please note that your chosen recipient will be required to book their time slot by redeeming their ticket prior to their visit. For further information please see our gift tickets page.

Are gift tickets posted in plain envelopes? I don’t want to spoil the surprise.
Don’t worry – your secret will be safe with us as all gift tickets are posted in plain wrapping. Please note that the name which is entered under ‘delivery details’ will appear on the envelope.

I have a gift ticket. Do I need to book a date and time slot?
Gift ticket must be redeemed before your visit. Your gift ticket confirmation letter or email will tell you how many people your gift ticket is valid for. If your gift ticket was purchased after 11.11.2020 you can redeem your ticket online. Tickets purchased before this date will need to be redeemed by contacting our Visitor Services team.

Is there a maximum number of children one adult can bring?
For safety reasons and to ensure our visitors get the most out of their visit, we would recommend that one adult is responsible for no more than six children.

The booking is not in my name – can I collect the tickets?
The original purchaser of the tickets or gift tickets can contact our Visitor Services team to add any additional names to the booking. Once your name has been added, you can then bring along your ID on the day to collect the tickets.

Is the Studio Tour ever closed?
The Studio Tour is occasionally closed for general maintenance or to redress the sets for special events. Please check our opening times calendar before booking transport and/or hotels for your visit.

Who qualifies for school rates?
School rates are available on select weekday dates to schools and colleges in the UK who offer full-time education to students up to 18 years old. These schools include:
- Community schools, controlled by the Local Authority
- Foundation schools and Voluntary schools
- Academies
- Grammar schools
- Special schools – teaching children with special educational needs
- Free schools
- Private schools
- Further Education Colleges – specialised education for 16 – 18 years of age
Universities, language schools, summer schools and schools outside of the UK will receive standard pricing.
